Questions before you choose a plan
How do Growth and Enterprise work?
Tell us what your firm wants to achieve, which systems you use, and the support you need. We’ll recommend the right plan, agree the details with you, and guide you through setup. You’ll know the scope and cost before you commit.
What is an unattended agent?
An unattended agent is a custom AI integration—usually built by your IT team or an implementation partner—that connects directly to Connector Central without a staff member signing in. It is different from using an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, even when that assistant runs recurring tasks. Each integration has its own access, limited to the systems and actions your firm approves.
Which connectors are included, and are there any extra costs?
All plans include unlimited standard connectors, subject to our Fair Use Policy. Subscriptions or usage charges from the systems you connect remain separate. If a provider charges for access, or your firm needs a custom connector, we’ll explain any additional cost upfront.
How does Connector Central protect client data?
Your provider login details are encrypted and kept away from AI assistants. The Activity log records who used which system, what they did, and whether it worked, but it does not store the client information sent to or returned by the connected system.
